Rants...Revelations...and recipes...

Got this recipe from Only difference I made was that instead of using another piece of parchment on top(actually I did, but everything stuck to it, so I ditched it and improvised) by spreading it really thin, then baking it for 10 minutes. I pulled it out of the oven and then used my small rubber rolling pin to flatten it out evenly and then cut it into squares and then baked the last 10-15 minutes! Oh my word, this is soooo tasty!

2013-05-01 13.03.59 Blend in food processor or vitamix, 1 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 Tablespoon cinnamon, 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt. This will make a flour like substance.

Add 1/4 cup pure maple syrup and an egg. Stir.
